We collect information that you choose to provide through retailer-notification, mailing-list, contact and wholesale-inquiry forms. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, company, business type, country, province or state, products of interest and the contents of your message.

The age-verification gate stores a simple confirmation and selected province or territory in your browser local storage. It does not record your birth date or create an Abby Leaf account.

How we use information

• Respond to questions and wholesale inquiries.
• Send requested launch, availability, new-strain or back-in-stock notices.
• Maintain consent and unsubscribe records.
• Protect the website from misuse, spam and security threats.
• Meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

Email consent and unsubscribe

Marketing and product-availability emails are sent only where we have a valid basis to do so. Each commercial email will identify the sender and include a working unsubscribe mechanism. You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.

Transactional messages that confirm a request or respond to an inquiry may still be sent when necessary to provide the service you requested.

Service providers and processing

We may use service providers to host the website, deliver email, prevent spam and operate website infrastructure. At launch, these may include Vercel for hosting and Resend for email delivery and contact management. These providers process information under their own security and privacy commitments and may process data outside your province or outside Canada.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including consent, regulatory, legal and business record requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held by Abby Leaf, subject to applicable legal exceptions. You may also ask questions about our privacy practices or withdraw consent for future marketing communications.
